Complete Care Doctors has transitioned to private billing of all patients' initial and ongoing appointments.

​Please note that our fee structure has been updated as below, effective from the 1st of July 2024.

​A discounted fee applied for patients 16yrs and under, patients with a Centrelink Health Card Card, and patients with a Centrelink Pension Concession Card, as below.​​

STANDARD APPOINTMENTS (Up to 15 mins) – Discussion of 1-2 simple matters, or review
of an ongoing concern only.

TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENTS (Up to 15 mins) – Results, repeat scripts and follow up.
These appointments can only be booked with Reception Staff. (Note: You must have had
recent face to face consultations in clinic)

LONGER/DOUBLE APPOINTMENTS (Up to 30 mins) – All complex medical issues, forms,
medicals, pap smears, ear cleanse, health assessments, driver licence renewal, care plans,
mental health care plans and minor procedures.

PROLONG APPOINTMENTS (Up to 40 mins) – Complicated health issues.

SURGICAL PROCEDURES (Times will vary and your doctor will inform you of any additional fees).
