With anti-wrinkle injections, our experienced doctors and registered nurses can create a natural-looking reduction in lines and wrinkles – leaving you with a softer and brighter appearance.
The most commonly requested areas for anti-wrinkle injections are the dynamic lines around the eyes and forehead. However, they can also be used to minimise the lines around the mouth, nose, smooth the chin, relax the jawline and neck bands and add life to the brow. One treatment usually lasts up to four months, leaving all your friends saying… “you’re lookin’ good!”
Dermal fillers are designed to add volume, lift and symmetry to your face, giving you a refreshed and natural appearance. Most popularly used to plump lips and enhance the cheek bones, dermal fillers are a versatile treatment that can also be used to correct fine lines, smooth deep creases, restore volume and even reshape the chin and jawline. One of the most popular advantages to dermal fillers is that the results are instant – in just 30 minutes, you will be on your way to looking like the best possible version of you. Micro-needling (or skin needling) is your go-to treatment for instantly firmer, smoother skin! Known for its incredible ability to stimulate the growth of collagen and elastin, micro-needling delivers real results in overall skin rejuvenation. Not only will this leave you glowing, it can also reduce scarring, stretch marks, blackheads, open pores, fine lines, hyperpigmentation and more. Due to the speed of the device, treatments are fast, comfortable and able to target large or multiple areas at once.
A thread lift is a type of procedure wherein PDO (dissolvable) sutures are used to produce a visible "lift" in the skin. The PDO threads have small hooks along the thread which effectively pulls the skin back slightly and therefore tightening the face. Areas that we commonly treat/enhance include nose lift, eye bags, nasolabial folds, jowls and marionette lines as well re-creating the jawline for the ultimate V shape.
The PDO threads typically will dissolve over 9-12 months. In the process of dissolving, it stimulates the skin to produce collagen which will last another 3-4 years.
As we get older, our bodies gradually produce less and less collagen, which leads to an 80% reduction in skin thickness by about age 70. This loss of volume and strength is a large factor in the creation of excess skin and wrinkles. As the skin grows weaker, it's no longer able to support the tissues beneath it adequately, meaning that gravity pulls it downwards and stretches it. Infusing the skin of the face with fresh collagen when the signs of skin laxity are still mild can help to both reduce looseness (by thickening and hydrating the skin) and prevent it from getting worse (by strengthening the skin).
njection Lipolysis is a procedure where a substance is injected directly into undesired fat deposits. This active substance is a natural compound made from soybean along with an enzyme for breaking down fat. The body uses these substances especially in the field of fat metabolism.
Lipolysis injections initiate a process during which fat is dissolved and then eliminated from the body via the metabolic process. Areas that can be treated by lipolysis include double chin, jowls and other areas which are usually fairly small and localized.
As a rule 2-4 treatments in intervals of 8 weeks are necessary to finish the therapy with success, depending on the size of the fat deposit. Some temporary side-effects after treatment include: redness, swelling, bruising and muscle ache-like discomfort.
